Sanjaya turns 'Idol' into crap shoot

Chris Sligh is dead to me. My ‘American Idol’ bracket died with him. Sanjaya killed them both. Now, after another lackluster episode, it seems he’s coming after me.

Napster ideal coming to fruition

Napster tricked me and iTunes seems to have done the same. They’ve duped the world into believing they’re on our side but Dr. Dre and I see right through them. Our motives are much different but our hatred does bear some similarity. They’re both agenda ridden. That’s called selfishness. Without it, Dre and I would have little to write about.

Pickler’s purity influenced by new shoes?

When Kellie Pickler appeared on "American Idol" last week to promote her new album “Small Town Girl,” that wasn’t all she was promoting. Her recent purchase was on full display. 'American Idol' still crazy after all these years

One reality show delivers quality head-cases every week, including the host and one of the judges. The ‘American Idol’ train crashed into Birmingham, Alabama Tuesday night and I tried to look away but I just couldn’t.

'American Idol' lost in Minne-hapless

Season six of the hit show ‘American Idol’ returned Tuesday night and it was a freak show. Either the entire middle of the country can’t sing or AI may have just run out of people.

'Poker After Dark' overcomes background noise to keep its edge

NBC officially has its mojo back. ‘Poker after Dark’ returns with a cast of heavy hitters for an entertaining week despite some incessant noise from the peanut gallery.

NBC brings poker excitement to night owls

Poker and reality television collided on NBC way past my bedtime last week. But in the age of Tivo, it doesn’t matter what time something is aired just as long as the content is good and Shana Hiatt is within a hundred yards of it.

Blabbermouth.net

My commentary on Gene Simmons after his appearance on 'The Apprentice' somehow made it way on to blabbermouth.net, a metal news site. There's nothing I enjoy more than hate mail and the folks at blabbermouth are passionate and creative. Click here to read. |
